I had injured my shoulder earlier in the year and
was hoping it would just get better on its own with a little rest. It wasn't
getting better after months so I thought massage therapy might help it along. I
went and saw Grace for just a few sessions and my shoulder has never felt
better. I wished I had contacted Grace much earlier. My shoulder has very
little pain now and is getting stronger. I believe I will be at 100 percent
strength and flexibility within the coming weeks. Thanks Grace!

Grace works with care and skill that I could see in
the mirror. She has a great knowledge of the products she uses and was able to
suggest the right products and techniques for me to give me glowing skin. Her
space, that is located in a Pilates studio, suggests an overall balance of self
care. I highly recommend this spa which is located in the downtown area. It is
a breath of fresh air in the city.

Grace helped me prepare for an athletic event by
working some very specific problem areas; namely my knees, back, and shoulders.
As a result, I was able to focus on my performance, and not be hampered by pain
and nagging injury. Her technique is great and I experienced immediate results.
I would recommend her not only for traditional massage but for sports massage
as well.

I want to share my experience with all of you who
are looking for a way to revitalize your skin and experience the most amazing
facial. This surpasses many of the "European-Style" facials where the
face, scalp, neck, upper chest and feet are deeply massaged. Ladies-you don't
want to miss this treatment as you will become a regular to this type of over
the top pampering. Grace also has a fantastic line of products for every skin
type. She analyzed my skin and developed a custom skin care program just for
me. I have spent so much time and money at the department store cosmetic
counter and have received little relief from red spider veins on my face and
dry skin. The skin care products I took home from Jacqueline Grace' Natural
Therapies really work! I love this place and this gal-Grace. Sincerely, Diane

I have attended four sessions with Grace to work on improving ROM
in my shoulders and hips. I practice Jujitsu four days a week and have a three
day a week strength and cardio routine. Multiple hard falls and heavy weight
training leave me pretty tight and sore by the end of the week. Grace uses a
gentle positional release method where pressure is applied to sore spots and
the limb is then moved through the range of motion until the pain lets go. I
have noticed that after this method and a day or so of rest that my hand speed
and footwork are significantly smoother because I am so much looser. It has
also enabled me to train more and recover faster. One caveat, drink plenty of
water after or you will feel sick. I highly recommend her method. Sensei Paul Krusee, www.DenverBudokai.com

Wow she is amazing. I have been getting massages for 10 years now.
She really knows her stuff. She has been helping me and my wife keep our bodies
moving well we push ourselves to the limit running 2 businesses. I highly
recommend her for all sports related therapy down to the nice Swedish

I have been very impressed
with Grace’s skill and professionalism while attending to my sore neck, upper
back and shoulders. She was able to employ a number of techniques to relax my
neck and upper back relieving those tight sore muscles from working at the
computer all day. The kind of pain that felt like I had slept in a bad position
and that heat pads and medication did not resolve. But after just a few
sessions with Grace I was able to get lasting relief and pain free. Thank you. Mark

RE: Massage for Martial Artists
Recently I had a massage session with Grace Mosgeller. Grace is an
experienced martial artist who is also a very good massage therapist. As
a martial artist, she has a very keen understanding for how our bodies
work in martial arts and has techniques that can help our bodies to heal from
the repeated use we put them through in our Tae Kwon Do training.
I encourage you to give her a call to set up a session to experience this for
yourself. She is currently offering a discounted price for all FMAC students
and parents that call her before the end of June.
