It is Skin Vitamin E is a powerful chain breaking antioxidant and natural hydratorone of the most efficient chain-breaking antioxidants   available and the primary   defender against oxidation of fat soluble molecules.   The benefits of vitamin E for healthy skin care also include:

  • Its ability to regulate skin vitamin A in the body, which itself is important for healthy skin
  • Orally ingested vitamin e can help treat erythema (a skin inflammation that results in reddish, painful, and tender lumps).
    • Helps to  reduce the appearance of stretch marks
    • Help prevent the appearance of age spots
    • Reduces transepidermal water loss from skin and strengthens the skin’s barrier function
    • Vitamin C and E Work Together.  Not only does Vitamin C support Vitamin E activation, together they effectively assult fat soluable and water soluable free radicals

Other Important Skin Vitamins

·         VITSkin Vitamin A fights free radicals, and regulates optimum cell metabolismAMIN A -  Is a skin retinol that is the naturally occurring form of vitamin A and a precursor to retinoic acid, the biologically active form of Vitamin A . Skin retinol has amazing benefits to our skin:

o   Antioxidant activity

o   Reduces Oil Production

o   Cell Regulator

o   Increased fibroblast production  (new skin cell production) which helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

o   Reduce coarse rough skin, benign actinic keratoses

o   Lighten Brown Spot Hyperpigmentation

o   Amazing to Reduce and Control Acne

Prescription products like Retin-A and Renova utilize Vitamin A derivatives to great effect, but some people's skin may react with uncomfortable stinging, redness or scaling. Fortunately, skin retinol, a non-prescription Vitamin-A derivative contained in many professionally formulated products can provide much of the same benefits with less risk of irritation and sun sensitivity.

·         VITAMIN B's - Known to give you a healthy glow and retain moisture. Vitamins B-3 (niacin) and B-5 (pantothenic acid) have become popular additions to skin-care products because of their ability to assist in retaining moisture. B-3 is a relatively new ingredient on the marketplace but has demonstrated great promise, offering a milder alternative to acidic exfoliators like glycolic and salicylic acid, which some feel is too harsh for their complexion.

·         VITAMIN K – Known for its ability to repair dark, under-eye circles. While a good night's sleep is always recommended, topical Vitamin-K is a good additional defense against discoloration under the eyes. Often used as a treatment for spider veins, topical Vitamin K enters through the pores all the way to the damaged capillary or artery and helps to clot the blood, thus stopping any seepage (often the cause of dark circles) and allowing the tissue to heal itself.
