Improving Range of Motion & Flexibility: Massage to increase range of motion and flexibility is extremely detailed and customized. Expect one to three initial sports massages 3- 7 days apart. Regular deep tissue massage weekly, bi-monthly or monthly are necessary to maintain range of motion, flexibility and to prevent injury.
Sports Maintenance: Once per month full body Deep Tissue interlaced with detailed Sports Massage as needed.
